We use only the finest olives in our breads, including Kalamata olives from Greece.
  We use a variety of freshly-frozen herbs, all grown in the UK - mainly in Norfolk and Suffolk.
  Our sun-dried tomatoes are grown in the Aegean region of Turkey, laid out under the blue skies of the Mediterranean and left for several days to develop a rich, exotic flavour.
